Brioché has been Jeddah's gourmet breakfast address since 2017. Today the kitchen runs as a cloud kitchen — the same brioche, the same French toast, brought to your door instead of your table.
What makes a Brioché breakfast
It starts with the bread. Brioche is enriched dough — butter, eggs, a slow prove — and it is unforgiving if you rush it. We bake ours in-house every morning at Brioché Bakery, and everything else is built on top of it: French toast that stays custardy in the middle, buns that hold a sandwich without falling apart, loaves that toast properly the next day.
Chef Hakim Bagabas built the menu as a Saudi–international fusion: Om Ali reworked with brioche instead of pastry, Hijazi flavours next to European technique. It is the reason people kept coming back for breakfast, and it is unchanged now that we deliver.
