Brioché started in Jeddah in 2017 as a gourmet eatery built around one thing: brioche baked in-house, every morning, by Chef Hakim Bagabas and his team. Today that same kitchen runs as a cloud kitchen — the same recipes, the same bread, delivered instead of served.
